The results of the agricultural census were published in four volumes between 1898 and 1900. The following data originating from the publication are available on this website.

| Crops | Distribution of the area in relation to applied crops in 1895 (hectare) |
| Farms | Number of exploitations owned in full, mostly owned, rented in full and mostly rented by farm size |
| Wages | Average daily wage for unskilled labourers, excluding and including food made available by the employer (centime per gender) |
| Land prices | Average purchase price and lease price for farmland and pasture land (frank per hectare) |
